Lorena Jeffery, Employee Benefits Department Manager – Lorena has more than 37 years experience in the Life & Health insurance industry. She began her career at the age of 18 as an underwriting assistant. Over the years she grew her knowledge and expertise, becoming a Benefits Account Manager, a TPA Manager, then a Benefits Account Executive, and ultimately Employee Benefits Department Manager / Account Executive. She has worked for several firms, including major national brokers. She joined the LBW team in 2019 and heads the Benefits division. Her role includes setting client strategies and timelines, managing LBW’s Account Managers and other Benefits staff, working with the sales team, and leading sales and enrollment meetings in both English and Spanish. Lorena is also a single mother of two grown children and is a competitive salsa dancer. She volunteers her time teaching children in after school programs and loves travel and outdoor adventures.
